What we collect
- Your details: your name and email address.
- Song details: the recipient's name and pronunciation, occasion, relationship, stories, and your genre, mood and voice choices, plus any "needed by" date.
- Confetti Club details: the names, relationships, dates and favorite genres of the people you add.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation that you paid and basic receipt info, never your full card number.
- Basic technical info: like your browser type and approximate country, plus a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address used only to stop spam. It expires within about 10 minutes.
How we use it
Only to make and deliver your song, send Confetti Club reminders and songs, provide support and lyric tweaks, prevent fraud and spam, and keep basic business and tax records. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who helps us
We share only what's needed with services that help run TuneConfetti:
- Stripe for payments.
- Cloudflare for hosting this website and storing order details.
- AI music and writing tools (currently ElevenLabs) to create lyrics, vocals and music. This means the names and details in your song request are sent to these providers to generate your song.
- Resend to email you your song and reminders.
How long we keep it
We keep order details and your song for up to 24 months so we can redeliver it and handle support, then delete them. Confetti Club details are kept while you're a member and deleted within 90 days after you cancel. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.
Kids
Songs can be for people of any age, but orders must be placed by adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 about themselves.
