1. Who we are
TuneConfetti ("we", "us") is operated by Logan Henrichs, a sole proprietorship based in Enumclaw, Washington, USA. By ordering a song or joining Confetti Club, you agree to these terms.
2. You must be 18+
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order or subscribe.
3. Our songs are made with AI
Every TuneConfetti song is created with the help of artificial intelligence. We write the lyrics from the details you share (with AI writing assistance), and the vocals and music are generated by third-party AI music tools. A person on our team reviews each song before delivery. Because songs are AI-generated, voices are synthetic and are not real singers, and small imperfections in pronunciation or sound can happen.
4. Family-friendly content only
We only make songs that are kind and family-friendly. We won't create songs that are sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that mock or bully someone. We also won't imitate a specific real artist's voice, use copyrighted lyrics or melodies, or create content about someone in a way that could harm them. If a request isn't something we can make, we'll contact you to adjust it or give you a full refund. We may decline any order at our discretion.
5. What you share with us
You confirm that you have the right to share the names, stories and details in your order, and that they don't violate anyone's privacy or rights. Please don't include sensitive information like addresses, account numbers or medical details.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver every song by email within 24 hours of payment. Rarely, delays happen (for example, if a tool we rely on is down). If we can't deliver within 24 hours, we'll let you know, and you can ask for a full refund instead of waiting. If you gave us a "needed by" date we'll do our best to meet it, but the 24-hour target is our promise.
7. One free lyric tweak
Every song includes one free lyric tweak. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days with the change you'd like (for example, fixing a name, swapping a line, or adding a detail) and we'll send an updated version, usually within 24 hours. A tweak changes words, not the overall song idea; switching genre or starting from scratch counts as a new song. See our Refund Policy for more.
8. Using your song
Once you've paid, you may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes: share it, gift it, post it on social media, and play it at parties, weddings and events. You may not resell it, use it in ads, or upload it to music streaming services as your own release. We may keep a copy to provide support and redeliveries. We will only use your song in our own marketing if you give us permission first.
9. Confetti Club
Confetti Club costs $9.99 per month and renews automatically each month until you cancel. Members can save up to 5 people and one special date for each. About a week before each saved date, we'll email a reminder and one new custom song for that person. Changes to your list need to reach us at least 10 days before a date to be included. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep the songs you've already received. To cancel, email [email protected] from the email you signed up with, and we'll cancel within 2 business days.
10. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and may change; changes won't affect orders you've already paid for, and we'll give Confetti Club members notice before any price change.
11. No guarantees beyond these terms
We work hard to make every song great, but songs are provided "as is" except for the promises in these terms and our Refund Policy. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
